Raptors Top Warriors in Game 1 of NBA Finals In their first ever championship matchup, Toronto dropped Golden State, 118-109. The Raptors were led by forward Pascal Siakam, who scored 32 points.

“I think we did pretty good job at home. The fans are amazing, man. I just want to say that,” Pascal Siakam, said during a postgame interview.

Stephen Curry dropped 34 points for the Warriors, who have made the finals for a fifth straight time.

In the post game interview Toronto Raptors Small Forward Kawhi Leonard, said, “We know that they’re human. You just got to go out there and compete, take the challenge.”

Warriors’ power forward, Draymond Green said, “This is a team or a city a country that hasn’t seen a finals ever here, so we expected it to be a great atmosphere and it was.”

The Toronto Raptors will host Game 2 on Sunday at 8pm ET before the series shifts to Golden State.
