Lincoln Riley promised that he was not heading to LSU after his Oklahoma Sooners lost to the Oklahoma State Cowboys on Saturday night. He didn’t, however, make a statement about leaving for USC.

That is, however, what has happened, according to sources. Riley will now take on the responsibility of restoring the mighty Trojans to what they once were after five extremely successful seasons in which he delivered four conference crowns and 55 victories to the team. As you can expect, this has sent shockwaves across the landscape. One such result appears to be the loss of pledges by the Sooners. Malachi Nelson, a five-star quarterback prospect, is the largest thus far. It wouldn’t surprise me if he and Riley ended up in Southern California.
