Logan Paul Displays His Swollen Face Following Altercation With Dillon Danis Before Fight

An embarrassing situation arose for Logan Paul when, on Thursday, he hurled a microphone at his upcoming rival, Dillon Danis, only to receive a bloodying of his face in return.

Paul sustained injuries that raised concerns about the potential for the fight to progress. Nonetheless, he has stated his determination to proceed with the bout, despite his trainer’s apprehension about his lacerated eye.

In the aftermath of the incident, Paul posted a picture of his swollen face:

Earlier today, Danis declared that the fight had been called off as a consequence of Paul’s failure to show up for the weigh-in. Consequently, he asserts that he will now be squaring off against Jake Paul, Logan’s brother.

Paul evidently arrived thirty minutes past the deadline, although he did meet the weight stipulation. However, Danis is accusing him of flouting the rules.

There has always been anxiety within Logan’s team about the possibility of Danis pulling out of the fight, which is why a clause with a $100,000 penalty was included in the agreement. Nonetheless, it appears that there may be legitimate grounds for Danis to withdraw, though it’s conceivable that he’s merely attempting to incite controversy.

If Danis withdraws, Paul will be compelled to contend with a more formidable opponent in bare-knuckle pugilist Mike Perry.
