If you didn’t know, Nikola Jokic is a huge force to be reckoned with on the court. He showed it again on Monday night, as the Denver Nuggets defeated the Washington Wizards by a score of 113-107 at home. Jokic led the team to victory with an all-around strong performance, finishing with a near triple-double of 28 points, 19 rebounds, and nine assists.

He even got ejected as well just to make sure everyone was paying attention to him and his exploits, so perhaps he’d have gotten that extra assist if he hadn’t gotten into yet another skirmish. Elsewhere, the Golden State Warriors’ Steph Curry closed in on Ray Allen’s all-time three-point record as they won 102-100 at the Indiana Pacers. Curry had 26 points in the victory, making five threes along the way to leave him just two off the pace of Allen heading into the next encounter. That one will be with the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, so he will have the chance to eclipse the record in one of the most famous arenas in the world. Domantas Sabonis finished the outing with 30 points and 11 rebounds in defeat for the host Pacers.
